About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our creative team as we expand our capabilities.

As a specialist in visual design, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through effective communication and design that resonates with our target audience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative ideas and concepts
  • Create interactive communication designs
  • Stay current on global design trends
  • Translate ideas into tangible design solutions
  • Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements
  • Use innovation to redefine design briefs within time constraints
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print
  • Collaborate with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists
  • Deliver high-quality work on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively coordinate handoffs, share context, and align on shared goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design technology
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
