Senior Software Development Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize software design challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with business units to articulate problems and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and execute research plans to address complex software challenges.
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and present results to executives.
- Maintain progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- PhD/MTech in Computer Science and Engineering from a renowned institution with exceptional academic achievements.
- Proficient in C++ programming language, with the ability to read and understand Java and Python code.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as shell scripts and Perl is an added advantage.
- Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of CPU designs and Deep Learning stack.
- PhD/masters in Computer Science and Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development.
- Understanding of IP licensing principles and open-source compliance.
