Job Description

The Senior Software Development Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving our technology initiatives forward. This position requires an individual with expertise in Python & React, who can design, develop, and maintain complex software systems.

This senior-level engineer will be responsible for leading the development of new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is essential, as well as the ability to mentor junior engineers in their use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems using Python & React.
  • Leadership: Lead the development of new features and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers in software development best practices and AI tool usage.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Advanced knowledge: SDLC, Operating systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases.
  • Experience: Working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using Web and UI frameworks.
  • Skills: Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Good Team Player, Excellent Written and Spoken Communication skills, Mentoring and Coaching, Intercultural skills, and ability to Work with Global Teams at different time zones.
