We are seeking a senior professional to drive impactful training programs across our organization.

Job Overview

This position partners with the Group CHRO to identify, design, and implement training solutions that enhance employee development and organizational capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop training strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Design and deliver high-quality training content to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • A degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
