Job Overview

The role of a Data Analyst involves spearheading the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in driving growth and profitability objectives through Portfolio and Business Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and strategic thinking to support informed decision-making within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytical solutions that ensure accuracy, validity, and robustness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and statistical modeling.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of the team's work.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or Operational Research from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring data analysts.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering, and exploratory data analysis.
