FwdSlash Capital is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
- Develop and implement menus that are in line with the company's culinary vision.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory andordering supplies as needed.
- Assist with training and development of kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
