Job Opportunity

As a skilled coder in the medical field, you will play a vital role in transforming medical diagnoses and procedures into designated alphanumerical codes.

Responsibilities include accurately coding reports as per client guidelines, maintaining operational quality and productivity, and ensuring daily coding volumes are turned around within the specified Turnaround Time.

You will be required to work independently and collaboratively with your team, understanding the workflow, procedures, and specific criteria for assigned clients.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong ability to interpret medical records of patients in different specialties.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with speed and accuracy.
  • Good analytic skills and expertise in accurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-10-CM and CPT conventions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and a Life science or Paramedical degree. They will be able to meet monthly targets with above 95% accuracy consistently and attend Weekly QA/Team meetings without fail.
