About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Service Associate. As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email.
Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels while working collaboratively with our team members.
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude towards serving customers.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using computers and software applications.
