Luxury Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our luxury real estate sourcing efforts in the MMR region. As a highly skilled Real Estate Sourcing Manager/Associate – Client Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving sales across high-end residential and commercial projects.
About this role:- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals to drive results-oriented outcomes.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics aligned with project goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure target achievement through structured planning and execution.
- Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects in Thane, leveraging your expertise in investor circles, HNIs, and direct client relationships.
- Build and manage a robust lead pipeline by establishing partnerships with wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.
- Monitor quality of leads generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures, ultimately driving business growth.
