Job Title: R&D Materials Scientist

 

Job Description:

As a highly skilled R&D Materials Scientist, you will spearhead innovation in engineered quartz stone manufacturing. Your role will be pivotal in driving technological advancement, sustainable product innovation, and process optimization.

 

R&D Strategy & Innovation:

You will develop and execute comprehensive R&D strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. This includes leading research initiatives for next-generation engineered quartz products, including sustainable solutions.

 

Product Development & Formulation:

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, prototyping, and scale-up to commercialization. Develop and optimize quartz–resin composite formulations for enhanced performance.

 

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute testing protocols for physical, chemical, and mechanical performance of finished goods. Oversee raw material analysis, in-process monitoring, and finished product validation.
