Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of full-stack web applications using Python backend and React frontend.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks, as well as strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications that address complex business problems in travel. Experience in standards such as OTA, GDS, and NDC is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services. Collaborate with external travel systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in software development with strong expertise in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
