At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing application support for SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2016 farms, administering SharePoint 2016 server/Office Online server/Workflow Manager server, and monitoring the Help Desk queue for SharePoint related tickets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide Infrastructure Support for SharePoint 2016 Farms
- Administer SharePoint 2016 server/Office Online server/Workflow Manager server
- Monitor Help Desk queue for SharePoint related tickets
- Verify required/valid information in tickets
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office 2019 and SharePoint workflow issues
- Assist clients with Permissions or Admin issues
- Escalated Ticket Issues Permission Requests Office client/SharePoint related issues Browser support issues

**Requirements:**
- Basic knowledge of various browsers and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows 10, Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019)
- Experience with automation tools like PowerShell
