Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our in-house graphics team.

This role will play a critical part in developing creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective graphic design strategies.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design Management:
    • Oversee the development of creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.
    • Manage the workflow, task assignment, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Review and approve graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Innovation and AI Integration:
    • Drive innovation in graphic design by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
