Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

About Us

The Platter is a new-age digital marketing agency helping brands in F&B, lifestyle, and retail build a strong digital presence through creativity, strategy, and innovation. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead our design function, bring fresh ideas to the table, and translate brand visions into impactful visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative design process for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards to keep the creative output fresh and modern.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
