The Barman/Bartender plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service, preparing and serving a diverse array of drinks to customers while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure the bar is impeccably stocked, clean, and organized at all times, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, processing payments accurately and with minimal delay.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets the highest standards.
  • Basic math skills, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
