Job Description

The Role of the Creative Producer focuses on overseeing day-to-day project management and execution within a specified vertical. This position is responsible for managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes. The Creative Producer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate daily production activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early and escalate as required, implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Understanding of production workflows including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
