Content Specialist Role

Develop and curate high-quality content that aligns with our company's voice and business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content. Ensure all content adheres to the company's tone and goals.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with company standards.
  • Content Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Utilize analytics to guide improvements where possible.
  • Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed.

Requirements:

Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous but not required.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in content creation. Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly beneficial: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
