We're seeking skilled Senior Members of Technical Staff Engineers who share our passion for operating distributed systems at hyperscale using cloud-native best practices. You'll play a pivotal role in disrupting the healthcare industry and delivering better patient care.

As a technical lead, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support healthcare platforms, applications, and end-users. You'll think long-term, mentor, and empower other engineers, owning the complete SDLC from architecture to production.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A BS or MS degree in computer science or an equivalent field
  • 6+ years of experience developing and shipping enterprise distributed and/or cloud-native systems
  • A strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to write high-quality code in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages
  • Experience with web application development using microservices frameworks like Helidon, Dropwizard, or Spring
  • Proficiency with containers and container orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • A strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative environments
