Job Title: Key Quantitative Expert

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for both green and brown field projects, incorporating civil, interiors, façade and MEP components.
  • Coordinate with the QS and purchase teams to ensure timely procurement and technical clarification on awarded jobs.
  • Develop rate analysis and maintain a strong understanding of market rates to optimize project costs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project costs and budgets.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS Project software.
