Job Title: Visual Brand Strategist

This is a unique opportunity for a talented Visual Brand Strategist to join our organization and play a key role in creating visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in graphic design and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities include leading the design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and other B2B collateral.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use, ensuring seamless implementation of designs, and managing quality outputs within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns including email templates, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages.
  2. Lead the design strategy ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all touchpoints.
  3. Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD for digital platforms like websites and web applications.
  4. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  5. Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and other B2B collateral.
  6. Maintain a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 3-10 years in graphic design required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and other relevant design tools needed.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for creating visually stunning designs necessary.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and typography required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team essential.
