Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards:

  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
