Solution Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Strategist to lead the development and implementation of innovative cloud solutions in complex multi-tenant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and propose cloud architectures using open-source cloud orchestrators like CloudStack, virtualization, and automation technologies.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to demonstrate solutions and communicate key differentiators.
  • Assist clients with initial product evaluations and testing to set the stage for successful implementation.
  • Migrate technical requirements to business objectives for success.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating product differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities, including Proof Of Concepts.
  • Buil relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, concepts, and leading private cloud platforms (VCloud, OpenStack, CloudStack).
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts, especially hypervisors (ESXi/KVM).
  • Knowledge of container technologies, especially Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise products and solutions (Storage, Security, Compute).
  • Excellent written communication skills, experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and BoQs.
  • High presentation skills and composure when dealing with technical and business customers or prospects.
  • Ability to work in dynamic international environments and manage Proof Of Concept activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience.
