Data Engineer Role

Data engineers play a crucial role in designing, implementing and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data modeling and transformation.

We are seeking an experienced data professional to join our team as a key member responsible for developing backend components and data processing logic.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, DBT, Apache Airflow, and version control tools like Git. A strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement modular, testable and version-controlled data transformation using DBT.
  • Develop custom data connectors or processing frameworks.
  • Manage complex workflows and ensure the reliability, scalability and efficiency of data pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with DBT for data transformation.
  • Proficient in Java for building custom data connectors or processing frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of Apache Airflow and ability to design and manage complex DAGs.
