Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations to transform our clients from their legacy platforms to our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting customer migrations, transforming data to onboard clients into software solutions, and working with diverse data models.

You will work closely with the team to establish clear processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies)
  • Own the end-to-end process, including data injection into production environments and supporting customer success
  • Establish clear processes for data handling and document end-to-end pipeline management
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in customer migration (20+ customer migrations)
  • Experience in data engineering roles, specifically transforming and migrating data
  • Intelligent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
