Lead Business Billing Associate

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the billing process, from setting up customer billing schedules to generating invoices and reports.
- Audit customer invoicing prior to monthly production runs to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain billing accuracy and timeliness through day-to-day operational activities.
- Create and post batches for adjustments, invoices, and payments in the billing system.
- Log and report issues for research and resolution.
- Perform customer data updates and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and a focus on customer satisfaction.
