Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations
  • Formulating designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes
  • Preparing BOQs, conducting site visits, and ensuring quality of design
  • Drafting layouts and possessing good communication and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors
  • Track record of delivering outstanding high-quality designs
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and drafting skills
