Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our team and drive technical excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Develop and execute engineering strategies that ensure high-quality solutions, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers to achieve individual and team goals, while promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industrial standards, and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Execute and follow up infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Coach and motivate new team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

Perform project HSE management, executing safety stops/reviews and applying state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

Ensure projects on site are developed through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.
