We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of counselors, providing expert guidance and mentorship to ambitious students navigating the complex world of undergraduate admissions.

As a Counselling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping student journeys, from initial counseling roadmap to university acceptances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting students through the entire undergraduate admissions process.
  • Developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles for students.
  • Strategizing personalized student journeys, advising on subject selection, standardized testing, and long-term academic planning.
  • Reviewing and providing detailed feedback on all application components.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles. A Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline is preferred, with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.

A strong understanding of undergraduate/postgraduate platforms such as Common App, UCAS, and OUAC is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
