Transformative AI Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us shape the future of AI-driven communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building multi-agent AI systems, focusing on natural language processing, speech recognition, audio intelligence, and large language model powered interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable, distributed AI systems using Python and core ML/AI libraries and frameworks.
  • Develop and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for summarization, sentiment analysis, intent detection, and RAG pipelines.
  • Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, latency, and cloud costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI with other technologies.
  • Lead the development of agentic environments from data to deployment and scale.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source AI/ML projects.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to a hands-on role in a real-world production-level AI project.
  • Expert-level programming skills in Python and proficiency in designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Deep experience with core ML/AI libraries and frameworks, Agentic Systems, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven experience working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and real-time streaming AI.
  • Strong focus on performance tuning and cost optimization of agents.
