Artificial Intelligence Developer

About Us:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement software development frameworks that incorporate Generative AI from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for Generative AI and provide guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop custom AI solutions to automate software development lifecycle tasks using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, and intelligent AI agents.
  • Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models on internal codebases and data to create specialized models that understand our unique context.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and continuously evaluate new tools and techniques to improve development processes and solve project-specific challenges.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in software development as a Technical Lead/Architect or similar senior engineering role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, architecting, and building scalable enterprise applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models, vector databases, and embedding models.
  • Experience in building and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
  • Practical experience in fine-tuning open-source Large Language Models for specific tasks.
  • Proficiency in developing AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain.
  • Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams.
