We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team at Vy Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, SecOps, PPM, APM
- Customize the ServiceNow platform applications and functionality, including UI Pages, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Data Policies
- Collaborate with functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions that adhere to best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4.9 to 15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, workflows, and approval processes
