At ORANGESIRI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a Technical ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Solution Expert, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting roles, with proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures for enterprise-scale organizations.

Responsibilities :

  • Architecture and Design:
    • Develop and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture solutions based on best practices.
    • Design and document complex workflows, integrations, and data models within ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
    • Ensure architectural solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
    • Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow's platform capabilities and roadmap alignment.
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and data models.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to platform guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input to help shape IT transformation initiatives.
  • Governance and Optimization:
    • Establish and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
    • Conduct platform assessments to identify areas for optimization and improved performance.
    • Proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and meet evolving business needs.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures for enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Expertise in key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and development.
  • Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other APIs.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow governance frameworks, CMDB design, and data management.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM best practices.
