Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including but not limited to Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and IT Operations Management.

- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's platform capabilities (Flow Designer, Scripting, Integration Hub).

- Configure and maintain LDAP integrations with ServiceNow.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities.

- Document all development work and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to other team members.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Mentor and guide junior ServiceNow developers.

Minimum Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.

- Strong skills in ServiceNow core modules: Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and LDAP integrations.

- Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).

- Experience configuring LDAP integrations with ServiceNow.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD) are highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently while following internal guidelines and deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile.

- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.

- Experience with other ITSM tools (Remedy, BMC).

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
