Proposal Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in the filtration industry.

This role is responsible for providing technical support for industrial filtration products and processes, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.

  1. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support for filtration products and processes.
  2. Knowledge Acquisition: Stay up-to-date on the latest technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
  3. Filter Design: Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
  6. After-Sales Service: Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives.
  7. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive product and application training to internal sales teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
