Job Description

Program Management

Our team requires a seasoned professional to lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution from concept to launch, overseeing project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.

The successful applicant will establish clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks to drive business success.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers/home appliances/consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
  • Hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
