Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project coordination support to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems an asset.
