Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Ensure comprehensive quality assurance for APP/H5/Web/server projects through thorough testing strategies.
- Participate in requirements review to understand product functionality, analyze potential issues, and provide valuable improvement suggestions.
- Develop test plans and design test cases for complex business functions while maintaining high testing standards.
- Monitor, trace, and identify quality issues in projects, collaborating with development teams to improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Continuously develop and maintain test environments, automation frameworks, and server-related tools and platforms.
- Contribute to the innovation and improvement of quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Research new testing technologies and promote the application of suitable technologies in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with rich experience in App and Web testing.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies including Black-box testing (functional, UI/UX, regression), Gray-box testing (integration, system), Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing.
- Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting.
- Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in server-side testing.
- Practical project development experience using PHP/Python/Java/Go.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Automated testing expertise: Mobile automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest), Web automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), Test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest).
- Performance and load testing experience: Tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner, Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks, Stress and scalability testing.
- Security testing knowledge: OWASP testing methodology, Penetration testing basics, Security vulnerability scanning.
- Advanced API testing skills: REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured), SOAP API testing, GraphQL testing.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
- Knowledge of test data management principles.
- Experience with data-driven and keyword-driven testing.
- Background in financial or trading systems testing.
