At a leading technology firm, we empower businesses with innovative solutions that drive process excellence. As an Application Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end application project management for large-scale development and implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic project roadmaps and collaborating with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, and external vendors.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality while utilizing Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Tracking and reporting project performance using project management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and training junior project managers.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates, escalate issues as necessary, and manage expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

With a strong understanding of application architecture, integration, and cloud platforms, you will be able to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and teams, and proactively manage project risks and issues. You should have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a resourceful and dynamic individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
