Job Title: Informatica Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our data integration and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining data transformation activities across multiple business applications.

The primary responsibilities of this role include designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience integrating with various systems, including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to coordinate with business/IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  2. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources.
  3. Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects.
  6. Provide operational support for daily feeds across multiple geographies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
  • Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  • Experience handling large-scale data.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
