As a highly skilled and detail-driven Property Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

About the Role
  • Evaluate residential and commercial property deals to identify potential returns on investment
  • Analyse key documents such as floorplans, EPCs, comparables, and agent reports to inform your analysis
  • Calculate key figures such as return on investment, yield, refurbishment costs, profit, and gross development value to determine the viability of deals
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of property deals using our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Produce written summaries with go/no-go recommendations to support real-money decisions
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Take ownership of your analysis and make informed calls that directly impact business outcomes
Your Qualifications
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • You understand key terms like yield, refurbishment budget, return on capital employed, gross development value, loan-to-value ratio, etc.
  • You are meticulous and check your work three times to ensure accuracy
  • You can handle important decisions under pressure and welcome feedback
