Job Title: Senior Design Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop and finalize diverse project designs in collaboration with respective departments and management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare and review detailed working drawings and specifications within tight deadlines.
  • Comply with RERA, EC, IGBC, and other regulatory requirements through documentation.
  • Regularly visit construction sites during the project phase to inspect quality and adherence to specifications and drawings.
  • Lead a team of architects and draughtsmen to achieve project goals efficiently.

B.Arch degree and 18-20 years of relevant experience.
