Job Title: Visual Communication Specialist

Job Description

This role involves designing a wide range of visual materials including digital and print assets such as social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, infographics, posters, and presentations.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs. This includes maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency in design outputs.
  • Develop UI/UX-related designs (basic knowledge preferred).
Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
