Our Financial Modeling team is seeking talented professionals to play a key role in shaping the real estate industry.

Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and auditing financial models for various asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions about investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients across multiple sectors, with a focus on REITs and real estate companies.
  • Develop complex financial models, incorporating cash flow analysis, valuation, and lease review.
  • Build Argus valuation models for single properties and portfolios, perform lease abstracting and audit functions.
  • Conduct valuations using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity.
  • Prepare pitch books, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents related to various industries.
