  • Budgeting & Cost Control:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.

- 12 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.

- Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and development economics.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
