The Technical Internal Audit Manager is a pivotal role within the Global Internal audit team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work, driving process improvements, and fostering strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, encompassing scoping, testing, and reporting.
  • Verify completion of agreed management actions and support quarterly reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Operate in accordance with established business standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound internal audit experience and/or equivalent expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Business acumen, with understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Functional knowledge of finance, HR, IT, legal, tax, compliance, and other related areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, possibly accompanied by a postgraduate degree.
  • 6 – 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certification, such as Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, IT certifications, or chartered engineer status.
