Job Summary:

  • The successful professional will assist in developing tax-efficient strategies and solutions for clients to minimize tax liabilities, conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits for clients, and build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for various entities.
  • Develop tax-efficient strategies and solutions for clients to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conduct tax research to ensure compliance and maximize tax benefits for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of tax services.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
