We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing exceptional service and support, and identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for designated key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.\
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.\
  • Travel: Be willing to travel as needed for client meetings and relationship management.\
  • Upselling: Identify and seize opportunities to offer additional products or services tailored to client needs.\
  • Market Insights: Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.\
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations and effectively resolve any issues.\
  • Key Requirements:\
    • \
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience in B2B key account management or customer success. Sales-only experience will not be considered sufficient.\
    • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry (e.g., MMT, Treebo, Yatra, FCM) is highly preferred.\
    • Experience working in a startup environment (fast-paced) is highly preferred.\
    • Proficient in Tamil and English; basic proficiency in Hindi is a plus.\
    • An MBA is preferred.\
    • Estimated Salary: ₹12 Lakhs - ₹18 Lakhs per annum.\
    • Bonus Structure: Bonus structure is performance-based and may vary from year to year.\
    • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Chennai, India.\
    • The selected candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.\
    • This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.\
    • Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates moving from outside Chennai.\
