Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
- Lead all marketing efforts, including prospect identification, lead generation, and sales cycle management in close collaboration with Exela's business unit leadership and product and services groups
- Meet lead generation goals established by Executive Leadership
- Create and own the plan and pipeline, review execution of marketing plans, pipeline, and account plans to track progress on lead identification and pursuit, qualify opportunities, mobilize teams for proposal development, and lead negotiations

Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years of work experience with 10 years of experience in marketing with technology-based organizations
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies
- In-depth understanding of Facebook & Google advertising
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an added advantage
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong grasp of numbers and comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Broad understanding of digital tools and technology
- Understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C, and B2G spaces

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience
