Job Overview

You will be working closely with the Founder to handle various tasks, including sales calls, client onboarding, hiring needs, and account management.

This is a fast-paced role that requires you to drive outbound sales, source top candidates, manage client accounts, and coordinate across teams to ensure project success.

  • Drive outbound sales, run pitch calls, and close new business deals.
  • Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to keep projects on track.
  • Solve problems before they escalate and impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

Manage client accounts to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Candidate Sourcing

Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in at least two of these areas: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
