Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced administrator to oversee the reliability, performance, and scalability of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the platform, including knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This role involves owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate in containerized environments like OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
